Shipping Information

We provide free shipping with every order within the contiguous United States. A flat rate of $20 USD will be applied to shipping for all orders to Hawaii and Alaska. We will ship Products ordered as they become available. Products will be shipped to an address designated by you, if applicable, so long as such address is complete and complies with the shipping restrictions contained herein and on the Services. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement. We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. There may be times when the Product you have ordered is out-of-stock which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any Products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by us or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion or avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability. All Transactions are made pursuant to a shipment contract, the order, and, as a result, risk of loss and title for Products pass to you upon delivery of the Products to the carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments. The terms in this Agreement will supersede any terms and/or conditions you include with any purchase order, regardless of whether Company signs such order or agrees to such terms and/or conditions.

 

Refunds & Exchanges

From sourcing 100% New Jersey tomatoes to using only clean-label ingredients, we take quality seriously at The Jersey Tomato Co. Every jar and pouch we produce is held to the highest standard, so if you receive something that doesn’t reflect the best of garden-fresh goodness, we want to make it right. 

Note this policy only applies to products purchased directly from our website, www.jerseytomatoco.com. If you purchased our product from anyplace else, you will need to contact the related reseller to discuss their specific return policy.

We do not accept the return of products, however we do offer refunds and/or replacements on account of defects in manufacturing for thirty (30) days from the date of purchase. If your purchase is approved for refund, your refund will be processed through the original method of payment, which may take several days depending on your financial institution. Note that for refund or replacement requests, we may require photo proof of any damage item claims.

Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of any incorrect products to you will also be accepted for replacement or a refund thirty (30) days from the date of purchase. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments.
