Spinach and Mushroom Naan Flatbreads
We’re always looking to create new twists on traditional favorites, and swapping naan for pizza crust gives this dish a delicious dimension! With the perfect balance of sweetness and acidity, The Jersey Tomato Co. brand tomato sauce elevates this quick and easy flatbread recipe. You can use any of our flavors, but we find the best compliment for the mushroom and spinach toppings is our spicy Arrabbiata Sauce.
Ingredients
1 Tbsp Avocado oil
1 cup spinach
1 cup sliced mushrooms
Pinch of Salt and Pepper
4 pieces of naan
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup sunflower sprouts for garnish
Directions
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
Sauté the spinach and mushrooms in the avocado oil with a pinch of salt & pepper.
Spread Arrabbiata sauce on each piece of naan and top with the spinach and mushroom mixture.
Sprinkle each naan flatbread with cheese.
Place on a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes.
Top with sunflower sprouts and enjoy!
